12:05 PM 12/01/2025 : Edgecliff NSW and Mosman NSW links have been restored after T3 IP network Engineers have rebooted a network card restoring all impacted services.

Problem Identified

12:05 PM 12/01/2025 : Maitland NSW, Lidcombe NSW, Pendle Hill NSW, Queanbeyan NSW, Coffs Harbour NSW links have been restored after network Engineers rebooted a faulty network card. T3 network Engineers are now working on restoring Edgecliff NSW and Mosman NSW CVCs.

Problem Identified

Please be advised of a service disruption affecting NBN customers in and around Maitland NSW, Lidcombe NSW, Pendle Hill NSW, Edgecliff NSW, Queanbeyan NSW, Mosman NSW, Coffs Harbour NSW. Our network teams have been engaged to investigate and identify the cause of the disruption. An ETR will be provided once our initial investigation is complete.
