This issue was resolved 8:45pm on Friday 19th December 2024. Although only impacting one domain, we apologise for the inconvenience.
This issue seems to be limited to a single domain account. All other accounts on this server appear to be fully operational. If you are experiencing any problem sending or receiving email please notify us via email or raise a support ticket.
We are currently investigating an issue with mail delivery on son-web-01 hosting server.
