Event Type: Network Upgrade
We are performing system changes in the Sydney location during the scheduled maintenance window.
We schedule higher impact maintenance events during off-peak times to maintain our ideal hosting environment. Our engineers make every effort to minimise system impact; however, Sydney instances may be unreachable for some, or all of the scheduled maintenance window as we perform network, firmware, or host upgrades.
Web Hosting
Websites may not resolve during this maintenance period.
Email hosted on website hosting will be unavailable. Inbound email will be queued and delivered once service is restored.
3CX PBX’s
Calls, faxes, SMS and chat sessions made to and from a hosted 3CX PBX will be impacted during this maintenance period. At times inbound calls will not connect, chat sessions underway will be disconnected and SMS send/receive will fail.
Agents using the 3CX web client will be unable to connect.
Following the maintenance window if phones are showing as disconnected (unregistered), please reboot the device by disconnecting from the power and then reconnecting. It’s best to wait 30 seconds between powering off and on. This will force a reconnection to the server.
